摘要
淀粉胶液的黏度对纸页表面施胶效果有很大的影响。本文以玉米淀粉为原料配制淀粉胶液,分析了淀粉酶对淀粉胶液黏度的影响,当淀粉酶用量为100 g/t时,胶液黏度为14.6 mPa·s,此时实验所用原纸的吸液量最大,施胶效果最好。进一步探究了在不同胶液黏度条件下硫酸铝、表面施胶剂用量对纸页施胶效果的影响,结果表明:当施胶剂用量为0.8%、硫酸铝用量为0.4%时的施胶效果最佳。
The viscosity of starch glue has a great influence on the sizing effect of paper surface.In this article,corn starch was used as the raw material to prepare starch gel,and the effect of amylase on the viscosity of starch gel was analyzed.When the dosage of amylase is 100 g/t,the viscosity of the adhesive solution is 14.6 mPa·s.Under this condition,the absorbent capacity of the base paper used in the experiment is the highest,and the sizing effect is the best.Further investigation was conducted on the effects of aluminum sulfate dosage and surface sizing agent dosage on the sizing effect of paper under the conditions of different adhesive viscosity.The results showed that the optimal sizing effect can be achieved when the dosage of sizing agent was 0.8%and the dosage of aluminum sulfate was 0.4%.
