摘要
目的探究肺炎患儿采用基于护理程序的整体护理联合图文沟通护理的临床效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法入组病例为本院收治62例肺炎患儿,入院时间段为2022年1月至2022年12月,依据病历号单双数分为研究组(n=31)、对照组(n=31)。给予对照组患儿一般性护理,给予研究组患儿基于护理程序的整体护理联合图文沟通护理。比较两组患儿症状消失时间及住院时间、治疗依从性、肺功能水平、护理满意度。结果研究组患儿症状消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后研究组患儿肺功能水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺炎患儿行基于护理程序的整体护理联合图文沟通护理可缩短康复周期,提高治疗依从性,改善肺功能,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and treatment adherence of children with pneumonia using holistic nursing based on nursing procedures combined with graphic communication nursing.Methods enrolled cases admitted 62 cases with pneumonia,admission period for January 2022 to December 2022,according to the medical record number single double number is divided into study group(n=31),control group(n=31).General care was given to the control group,The children in the study group were given holistic nursing based on nursing procedures combined with graphic communication nursing.The time to symptom disappearance and length of hospital stay,treatment adherence,lung function level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of disappearance and the hospital stay of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment adherence of the children in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the lung function level of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Holistic nursing based on nursing procedures combined with graphic communication nursing for children with pneumonia can shorten the recovery cycle,improve treatment compliance,improve lung function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
