摘要
目的探究分析血小板参数和凝血功能检验在孕晚期妊娠期高血压患者中的应用意义,为临床诊断提供有力依据。方法搜集于2021年12月至2022年12月经该妇幼保健院接受诊治的孕晚期妊娠期高血压患者,共60例,将其列入高血压组,同期选择本院接受检查的非高血压孕晚期妊娠期患者,共60例,将其列入孕晚期妊娠组,同期选择本院接受体检的健康非妊娠女性受检者,共60例,将其列入健康组。比较分析3组纳入对象的血小板参数和凝血功能指标水平。结果血小板参数比较中,高血压组患者的血小板平均体积(MPV)高于健康组(P<0.05),血小板计数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)均低于健康组(P<0.05),孕晚期妊娠组的PLT、PDW、PCT均低于健康组(P<0.05),高血压组患者的MPV高于孕晚期妊娠组且PDW、PCT均低于孕晚期妊娠组(P<0.05);凝血功能检验结果比较中,高血压组患者的纤维蛋白原(FIB)高于健康组(P<0.05),活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)均低于健康组(P<0.05),孕晚期妊娠组的APTT、PT均低于健康组(P<0.05),FIB高于健康组,高血压组患者的FIB高于孕晚期妊娠组且PT高于孕晚期妊娠组(P<0.05)。3组的MPV、PLT、PDW、PCT、APTT、FIB、PT指标水平比较显著差异(P<0.05),凝血酶时间(TT)组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血小板参数和凝血功能检验可以及时发现孕晚期妊娠期高血压患者的血栓前状态,有利于孕晚期妊娠期高血压诊断,具有应用意义。
Objective To explore the application significance of analyzing platelet parameters and coagulation function tests in patients with gestational hypertension in late pregnancy,and provide strong evidence for clinical diagnosis.Methods Collected from December 2021 to December 2022 at the Maternal and Child Health Hospital A total of 60 patients with late pregnancy induced hypertension who received treatment were included in the hypertension group.At the same time,a total of 60 non hypertensive late pregnancy patients who underwent examination in our hospital were selected and included in the late pregnancy group.At the same time,a total of 60 healthy non pregnant female patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected and included in the health group.Compare and analyze the levels of platelet parameters and coagulation function indicators among the three included groups.Results In the comparison of the platelet parameters,mean platelet volume in patients in the hypertensive group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet hematocrit(PCT)were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),The PLT,PDW and PCT in the third trimester pregnancy group were lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),The MPV of the hypertensive group was higher than that of the third pregnancy group,and PDW and PCT were lower than that of the third pregnancy group(P<0.05);In the comparison of the coagulation function test results,fibrinogen(FIB)in the hypertensive group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma prothrombin time(PT)were all lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),APTT and PT in the third trimester pregnancy group were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05),the FIB was higher than that in the healthy group,FIB was higher in the hypertensive group and PT was higher than in the third trimester pregnancy group(P<0.05).The levels of MPV,PLT,PDW,PCT,APTT,FIB,and PT i
