摘要
目的研究分析在高血压脑出血患者手术后使用综合护理措施具有的临床效果以及满意度。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月在我院行手术治疗的74例高血压脑出血患者进行研究,采取随机分配的方法将其分为两组,每个小组各有37例患者,所有患者均进行手术治疗,手术后采取不同的护理措施,参考组采用常规护理,试验组采用综合护理,观察两组患者护理效果、并发症情况、满意度情况以及护理前后焦虑及抑郁评分并进行对比。结果试验组护理有效率(97.30%)高于参考组(75.68%);试验组并发症发生率(8.11%)低于参考组(27.03%);试验组满意度(94.59%)高于参考组(75.68%);两组护理开始前焦虑及抑郁评分未见明显差异(P>0.05),经过护理后两组焦虑、抑郁症状明显改善,试验组优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者术后护理中采取综合护理措施能够有效提升护理效果,降低并发症发生,提高患者满意度,显著改善患者焦虑及抑郁症状。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and satisfaction of comprehensive nursing measures in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods A total of 74 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected for this study.They were divided into two groups by random assignment,with 37 patients in each group.All patients underwent surgical treatment,and different nursing measures were taken after surgery,the reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing,the nursing effect,complications,satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effective rate of experimental group(97.30%)was higher than that of reference group(75.68%).The complication rate of experimental group(8.11%)was lower than that of reference group(27.03%).The satisfaction of experimental group(94.59%)was higher than that of reference group(75.68%).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and anxiety and depression symptoms were significantly improved between the two groups after nursing,and the test group was superior to the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Taking comprehensive nursing measures in postoperative nursing of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the nursing effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve patient satisfaction,and significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
