摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rbFGF)治疗慢性难愈性创面患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的80例慢性难愈性创面患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组采用VSD联合rbFGF治疗,对照组采用常规创面换药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、创面植皮率及皮瓣成活率及创面修复疗效。结果研究组换药次数少于对照组,创面愈合时间及住院时间短于对照组,创面植皮率、皮瓣成活率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VSD联合rbFGF治疗慢性难愈性创面的疗效显著,可减少换药次数,加快创面愈合,缩短住院时间,提升创面植皮率及皮瓣成活率,创面临床疗效更加理想。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rbFGF)in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.Methods 80 patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with VSD combined with recombinant bovine bFGF,and the control group was treated with conventional dressing change,the clinical efficacy,skin grafting rate,flap survival rate and wound repair efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of dressing change in the study group was less than that in the control group,the wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the skin grafting rate,flap survival rate and effect of wound repair were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with bFGF is effective in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds,it can reduce the number of dressing changes,speed up wound healing,shorten hospital stay,significantly improve the rate of skin grafting and the survival rate of skin flap,and the effect of wound repair is more ideal.
