摘要
立足于畅通国内市场大循环,优化地区创新路径和提升创新能力具有重要意义。文章基于技术结构范式界定了地区创新路径的方式,考察了国内市场整合对地区创新路径的影响。采用2000—2015年中国专利数据和区域市场整合数据,实证检验了国内市场整合对中国地区技术多样化创新路径的影响。研究发现:国内市场整合程度显著提升,地区创新路径呈现技术多样化的不同形式,从相关技术多样化向不相关技术多样化的创新多样性逐步转变,国内市场整合对地区创新路径存在显著的影响,国内市场整合程度的提升更明显地激励地区实行不相关技术多样化的创新模式,促进地区创新路径向不相关技术多样化的方向收敛,主要从提升国内需求、优化要素配置和增强区域间技术关联三个渠道影响地区创新路径的变化。进一步分析发现,出口规模会有利于地区选择相关技术多样化创新,但会抑制生产率水平的提升,而国内市场整合可以缓解出口的消极作用。(因此通过整合国内市场,加快建设统一的国内市场环境,打破地方形成壁垒,是提升地区创新能力和优化创新路径,推动国家创新体系建设的重要举措。)
Based on the smooth circulation of the domestic market,it is of great significance to optimize the regional innova⁃tion path and enhance the innovation capability.This paper defines the way of regional innovation path and examines the im⁃pact of domestic market integration on Techno structure Paradigm.Using China's patent data and regional market integration data from 2000 to 2015,this paper empirically tested the impact of domestic market integration on China's regional technolog⁃ical diversification and innovation path.The research finds that:the degree of domestic market integration has significantly improved,the regional innovation path presents different forms of technology diversification,and the innovation diversity has gradually changed from relevant technology diversification to irrelevant technology diversification.The domestic market inte⁃gration has a significant impact on the regional innovation path,and the improvement of the degree of domestic market integra⁃tion has more obviously encouraged the innovation model of irrelevant technology diversification in regions,promoted the con⁃vergence of regional innovation path to the direction of irrelevant technology diversification,and mainly influenced the change of regional innovation path from three channels:enhancing domestic demand,optimizing factor allocation and enhancing inter⁃regional technology connection.Further analysis shows that the export scale will be conducive to regional selection of relevant technology diversification and innovation,but will inhibit the improvement of productivity,while domestic market integration can alleviate the negative effect of exports.Therefore,by integrating the domestic market,speeding up the construction of a unified domestic market environment,and breaking down local barriers to formation,it is an important measure to enhance re⁃gional innovation capabilities,optimize innovation paths,and promote the construction of the national innovation system.
