摘要
目前关于艾叶粉体物理学性质的研究鲜有报道,在一定程度上限制了后续的加工应用。为给艾叶粉体的包装、运储以及压片成型等处理工艺及相关加工机械提供参考依据,有必要分析其粉体学性质。以机械剪切粉碎法制备的多尺度艾叶粉体为研究对象,采用粉体综合特性测试仪测定休止角、崩溃角、松装密度、振实密度等物理学参数,分析粒度和含水率对粉体流动性、压缩性和喷流性的影响机理。结果表明:粒度和含水率对艾叶粉体的流动性、压缩性和喷流性影响显著。以75μm为临界点,随着粒度增大,流动性呈现先降后升的趋势,而压缩性和喷流性则表现出先增后减的特征;随着含水率增加,流动性和喷流性逐渐降低,而压缩性逐渐增大。试验中,由于大部分艾叶粉体的休止角θ_(r)<40°、崩溃角θ_(f)<30°、差角θ_(d)<8°、压缩度C_(p)<20%、分散度D_(a)<10%,对照Carr流动性指数评价表和Carr喷流性指数评价表,认为其具有较高的流动性、较弱的压缩性和较强的喷流性。以试验结果为参考,通过控制粒度分布或含水率来改变粉体学性质,以满足不同加工工艺对粉体物理学特性的要求;也可为粉体加工机械的结构优化提供设计依据。
Until now,few studies on physical properties of Artemisia argyi powder were reported,which limits the subsequent processing and application.It is necessary to analyze micromeritics characteristics of Artemisia argyi powder in order to provide references for packaging,transportation,storage,tablet forming processing technologies and related processing machines.As the research object,the multiscale Artemisia argyi powder was pulverized by the mechanical shearing method,the powder characteristics tester was adopted for analyzing the influence rules of the particle size and the moisture content on the flowability,the compressibility and the floodability.Results indicate that:It is the particle size and the moisture content that markedly influences the flowability,the compressibility and the floodability.With 75μm as the critical point,following the increase of particle size,the flowability showed the trend of fall first and rise later,the compressibility and the floodability expressed the trend of increase at the beginning and then decrease.With the increase of the moisture content,the flowability and the floodability were tardily dropping but the compressibility was slowly rising.In the experiment,due to θ_(r)<40°,θ_(f)<30°,θ_(d)<8°,C_(p)<20% and D_(a)<10%,it is considered that artemisia argyi powder has the high flowability,the weak compressibility and the strong floodability compared with the Carr flowability index evaluation table and the Carr floodability index evaluation table.According to experiment results,changing powder micromeritics characteristics by controlling the particle size distribution or the water content in order to satisfy the requirements of different processing processes.It can also provide the design reference for the structural optimization of the powder processing machinery.
