摘要
随着当今社会的发展,我国对于应用型人才的需求量越来越大,学校对于大学生的实践性教育也随之不断跟进,因此实习已经成为了大学生想要顺利毕业进入自己工作岗位前的一门必修课。近年来,大学生在实习期间劳动权益受到侵害的现象屡见不鲜,如“劳动薪酬无保障”,“工伤问题不明晰”,“身份问题不确定”等。这主要是由于我国现有专门保护大学生实习劳动权益方面的法律法规不够完善,导致实习生与实习单位间的权利义务不够明确。
With the development of contemporary society,there is an increasing demand in China for applied talents,and educational institutions have been continually enhancing practical education for college students.Therefore,internships have become a compulsory course for college students seeking a smooth transition into their future careers.In recent years,instances of violations of labor rights and interests of college students during internships have become common,such as issues related to"lack of labor compensation security","unclear work-related injury policies","uncertain identity status"and so on.This is primarily due to the inadequacy of existing laws and regulations dedicated to safeguarding the labor rights and interests of college students during internships in China,leading to a lack of clarity in the rights and obligations between interns and the host organizations.
