计算流体力学在颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄血流动力学评估中的应用进展 被引量:1

Application Progress of Computational Fluid Dynamics in Hemodynamic Assessment of Intracranial Atherosclerotic Stenosis

摘要 颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄(ICAS)是导致亚洲人群缺血性脑卒中最常见的因素,这也给中国经济和医疗带来了沉重负担。目前,研究发现相较于管腔狭窄程度,血流动力学变化更能反映动脉粥样硬化后的脑卒中风险。而计算流体力学的应用,成为了指导ICAS血流动力学评估的新方向。文中就相关研究新进展进行综述,旨在进一步阐明ICAS与缺血性脑卒中的关联,为临床诊疗及干预等提供科学依据。 Intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS)is the most common cause of ischemic stroke in the Asian population,and it has brought a heavy burden on economy and medical care in China.The current study found that hemodynamic changes may better reflect the risk of stroke after atherosclerosis than the degree of luminal stenosis and the application of computational fluid dynamics has become a new direction to guide the hemodynamic evaluation of ICAS.The relevant new research progress,aiming to further clarify the relationship between ICAS and ischemic stroke,were reviewed,and the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and intervention were provided.
