摘要
介绍了国内外储运领域呼吸阀发展过程及技术情况,分析了储运领域应用呼吸阀时,呼吸阀泄漏排放VOCS污染大气环境的现状,对照了欧美发达国家及我国呼吸阀在产品标准、安全环保性能和检验检测技术上的差异,对我国呼吸阀标准和安全环保技术发展提出了建议,包括提升我国呼吸阀技术标准规范的相关内容、研发国产化安全环保型呼吸阀等,探索油品及化学品在储运领域,尤其是储罐呼吸阀安全性能的提升及VOCS有效减排的途径。
This paper introduces the worldwide development process and technologies of breather valves in the field of storage and transportation.It analyzes the current status of atmospheric pollution by VOCs emitted from breather valve leakage.It compares the differences in product standards,safety and environmental protection performance,and detection technologies between developed countries and China.Then the paper puts forward suggestions for the development of China’s breather valve standards and safety and environmental protection technology,including upgrading the relevant contents of China’s breather valve technical standards and specifications,developing homemade safe and environment-friendly breather valves and so forth.The paper also explores the ways to improve the safety performance of oil and chemicals in the field of storage and transportation,especially the breather valves of the tanks,as well as the effective emission reduction of VOCs.
