摘要
为更好地加强城镇燃气工程建设中的安全管理,笔者开展了对燃气工程危险源识别与控制的探究。结果表明:1)目前,在城镇燃气工程施工中仍然存在对危险源识别不清和控制不严等问题,难以保证施工中高危作业的安全性;2)燃气工程施工中主要的3大危险源是高空作业、动土作业、临时用电作业;3)制度落实不到位,市场管控不规范,施工环境存在风险,人员安全意识薄弱,防护措施不完善等是诱发危险源发生事故的直接原因。建议从建立健全管理制度、层层压实责任,采用和创新过程管理机制,对作业人员进行安全教育,完善安全防护措施等方面对危险源进行控制。
In order to better control and prevent hazard in city gas engineering construction and achieve the expected goal of safety management,this paper focuses on the cause analysis of domestic gas engineering construction safety accidents in recent years.The results show that in the construction of city gas engineering,there are still problems such as unclear identification of hazards and lax control;the main hazards in gas engineering construction are high-altitude operation,earth moving operation and temporary power operation;the direct causes of accidents include inadequate implementation of regulations,non-standard market control,risks in the construction environment,weak personnel safety awareness,and inadequate protective measures;controlling hazards from various aspects is a key means of safety management.
