摘要
我国旅游市场信用缺失现象和问题是客观存在的,如何找到行之有效的监管方式和治理对策是学术研究和实践的重点.针对旅游市场信用监管已有研究成果进行了系统性梳理和述评,发现现有研究已形成丰硕的理论成果,可概括为“缺失行为+成因+监管与治理”的研究框架.由研究框架可以得出,在“互联网+”和大数据的背景下,如何引入第三方监管机制,构建第三方信用监管服务平台以规范和推进旅游市场的信用化发展,将成为未来的研究方向和发展趋势.
The problems of credit deficiency in Chinese tourism market objectively exist,and how to find effective regulatory methods and governance strategies is the focus of academic research and practice.A systematic review of existing research on credit regulation in the tourism market have been conducted,and it has been found that the existing research has formed fruitful theoretical results,which can be summarized as a research framework of"missing behavior+causes+regulation and governance".It can be concluded from the research framework that under the background of"internet+"and big data,how to introduce a third-party supervision mechanism and build a third-party credit supervision service platform to standardize and promote the credit development of the tourism market will become the research direction and development trend in future.
