摘要
以车用发动机活塞为研究对象,基于有限元方法建立热障涂层活塞的La_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)-8YSZ双陶瓷层模型,研究无涂层和双陶瓷层热障涂层活塞的温度场分布,及陶瓷面层与底部陶瓷层厚度对陶瓷层和活塞基体的影响规律。研究结果表明:La_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)-8YSZ双陶瓷层热障涂层活塞基体最高温度为252℃。陶瓷面层和底部陶瓷层最高温度分别可达417℃和344℃。与无涂层活塞相比,涂层活塞基体温度下降16℃,燃烧室温度显著提高。陶瓷面层厚度及底部陶瓷层厚度分别从100μm增加到300μm,均可导致陶瓷面层温度升高,底部陶瓷层和活塞基体温度下降。
Taking automotive engine piston as the research object,the model of La_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)-8YSZ double ceramic layer for thermal barrier coating piston is established based on the finite element method.The temperature distributions of uncoated and double ceramic thermal barrier coating piston are studied.The influence of thicknesses of the ceramic top layer and the ceramic bottom layer on ceramic layers and piston substrate substrate is analyzed.The results show that the maximum temperature of piston substrate is 252℃under using La_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)-8YSZ double ceramic layer on thermal barrier coating piston.The highest temperatures of the ceramic top layer and the ceramic bottom layer are 417℃and 344℃respectively,and temperature of the combustion chamber increases significantly.Compared with the uncoated piston,the substrate temperature of the coated piston decreases by 16℃.The temperature of the ceramic top layer increases,while temperatures of the ceramic bottom layer and piston substrate decrease with thicknesses of the ceramic top layer from 100μm increased to 300μm.As thicknesses of the ceramic bottom layer increase from 100μm to 300μm.Temperatures of the ceramic top layer and the ceramic bottom layer increase,while the temperature of piston substrate decreases.
