摘要
随着智能门、智慧门等在各类建筑中的广泛应用,电机锁体作为智能门禁系统的重要零部件之一,越来越受到市场的关注。作为智能门执行终端,电机锁体是一个结构复杂,功能要求多的组合系统,电机锁体的性能和可靠性要求日益提高,针对智能门场景下的全自动锁体的研究显得十分必要与重要。本文主要运用机构学原理,对电机锁体进行结构分析,运动分析及力分析,通过计算分析研究,得出电机锁体斜舍、感应舌与门缝隙特征间的对应耦合关系,为产品设计提供依据。
With the wide application of smart doors and smart doors in all kinds of buildings,the motor lock body,as one of the important parts of the intelligent access control system,has attracted more and more attention from the market.As an intelligent door execution terminal,the motor lock body is a combination system with complex structure and multiple function requirements.The performance and reliability requirements of the motor lock body are increasing day by day.It is necessary and important to study the automatic lock body in the intelligent door scene.This paper mainly uses the principle of mechanism to analyze the structure,motion and force of the motor lock body.Through calculation and analysis,the corresponding coupling relationship between the inclinance of the motor lock body,the induction tongue and the gap characteristics of the door is obtained,which provides a basis for product design.
