摘要
目的:对液态乳中多种阴离子进行快速检测。方法:通过乙腈沉淀液态乳中的大分子蛋白质并提取多种阴离子,经C 18柱净化,利用Dionex IonPac AS19-HC离子色谱柱分离,氢氧化钾梯度洗脱,电导检测,采用离子色谱仪对液态乳中溴酸根、硫氰酸根、亚硝酸根、硝酸根、氯酸根、高氯酸根、磷酸根、碘离子8种常见阴离子进行检测。结果:8种阴离子在线性浓度范围内的相关系数为0.9990~0.9998,检出限为0.065~0.417 mg/kg,回收率为81.4%~102.0%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~6.7%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、准确度和灵敏度高,可用于液态乳中多种阴离子残留量的同时检测。
Objective:A rapid method was established for the simultaneous determination of variety anions in liquid milk.Methods:The macromolecular protein in liquid milk was precipitated by acetonitrile,and a variety of anions were extracted.After purification by C 18 column,the material was separated by Dionex IonPac AS19-HC ion column with gradient elution of potassium hydroxide and conductivity detection.Finally,a method for the determination of bromate,thiocyanate,nitrite,nitrate,chlorate,perchlorate,phosphate and iodine ion in liquid milk was established using ion chromatograph.Results:The results showed that the correlation coefficients(R 2)of eight kinds of anion range from 0.9990 to 0.9998 in the linear range,and the limits of detection were between 0.065 mg/kg and 0.417 mg/kg.The recoveries were in the range 81.8%~102.0%with the relative standard deviations in the range 1.1%~6.7%(n=6).Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and sensitivity,and can be used for simultaneous determination of various anion residues in liquid milk.
