摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,探讨工作场所压力源如何导致员工的辱虐管理,并在最新相关研究成果的基础上提出压力源与辱虐管理关系的框架图,进一步明晰两者之间的关系,并指出了压力源与辱虐管理未来研究应注意的问题,为后续研究提供参考。
Based on the literature review,this paper discussed how workplace stressors lead to abusive supervision of employees,and proposed a framework of the relationship between stressors and abusive supervision on the basis of the latest relevant research results,further clarified their relationship and pointed out the issues that should be paid attention to in future studies on stressors and abusive supervision,so as to provide references.
