摘要
根据煤矿井下原水的特点和井下实际工况可知,井下反渗透预处理是反渗透系统稳定运行的关键环节。基于井下反渗透预处理采用楔形过滤技术、彗星纤维过滤技术在煤矿井下反渗透系统中的研究,采用了智能型全自动井下水处理系统,在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司锦界煤矿井下进行了实际应用,该系统可用于井下综采工作面设备用水的综合处理,为井下喷雾冷却用水、乳化液配液用水提供合格的水源。应用结果表明,利用反渗透预处理系统运行稳定可靠、效果明显,水质有了明显提高。
According to the characteristics of underground raw water in coal mines and the actual underground working conditions,the underground reverse osmosis pretreatment is a key link for the stable operation of the reverse osmosis system.Based on the research of wedge filtration technology and comet fiber filtration technology used for underground reverse osmosis pretreatment in the underground reverse osmosis system in coal mine,an intelligent fully automatic underground water treatment system was adopted and actually applied in Jinjie Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,this system can be used for the comprehensive treatment of equipment water in the underground fully mechanized working face,providing qualified water sources for underground spray cooling and emulsion preparation.The application results show that the reverse osmosis pretreatment system is stable and reliable in operation with obvious effects,and significantly improves the water quality.
