榆家梁煤矿工作面回风隅角CO防治措施研究

摘要 针对榆家梁煤矿52号煤层工作面回风隅角出现CO超限及低氧情况,从煤层原生赋存CO、常温氧化生成的CO、工作面回采产出CO和井下胶轮车尾气4个方面进行了回风隅角CO气体来源测试分析。根据现场和实验测试结果,从控制CO气体产生、防止CO气体积聚、加强气体监测及加强个体防护等方面制定了针对性的防治措施,有效保障了矿井52号煤层工作面的安全生产。 Aiming at the CO overrun and low oxygen in the return air corner of No.52 seam face in Yujialiang Coal Mine,testing and analysis were conducted on the source of CO in the return air corner from four aspects:the original occurrence of CO in seams,CO generated by ambient temperature oxidation,CO produced by mining,and exhaust gas from underground rubber tire trucks.Based on on-site and experimental test results,targeted control measures have been formulated from controlling CO generation,preventing CO accumulation,strengthening CO monitoring,and strengthening individual protection,effectively ensuring the safety production of the No.52 seam face in the coal mine.
