摘要
为了解决煤矿井下电机、滚筒等设备因手动注油润滑不佳造成设备磨损加剧的问题,研究了矿用智能集中润滑系统,实现滚筒、电机轴承的集中自动润滑。介绍了该系统的架构和原理,详细阐述了该系统的关键技术。实际应用表明,该系统具备现场点动润滑、自动润滑、远程点动注油及参数设置功能,不仅减轻工作人员劳动强度、提高劳动效率,而且为矿井安全高效智能化提供安全保障。
In order to solve the problems of equipment wear and tear caused by poor lubrication of manual oiling for underground motors,drums and other equipment in coal mines,an intelligent centralized lubrication system for coal mine was studied to achieve centralized automatic lubrication of drums and motor bearings.The architecture and principles of the system were introduced,and the key technologies of the system were elaborated in detail.Practical applications have shown that the system has the functions of on-site spot lubrication,automatic lubrication,remote spot oil injection and parameter setting,which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves labor efficiency,but also provides safety guarantees for the safety,efficiency,and intelligence of mines.
