锅炉高温部件寿命快速评估方法

摘要 在升级改造的背景下,煤电机组运行环境变化,灵活性运行深度调峰工况增多,导致锅炉部件的温度剧烈变化和应力波动频繁,高温部件在疲劳和蠕变的交互作用下,可能产生较大的寿命损耗,进而影响机组的安全性。为快速获取灵活性改造机组的运行寿命,本文提出了一种针对锅炉高温部件的仿真分析计算和损伤寿命快速评定方法,为机组状态的实时监测提供技术支撑,提升机组的智能化水平。 Under the background of upgrade and transformation,the operating environment of coal-fired power unit changes and the operating conditions of flexible operation depth peak shaving increase,which results in sharp temperature changes and frequent stress fluctuations of boiler components.Typical high temperature components of boiler may produce large life loss under the interaction of fatigue and creep,thus affecting the safety of the unit.In order to quickly obtain the operating life of the flexibility transformation unit,this paper proposes a simulation analysis calculation and damage life rapid assessment method for high temperature components of the boiler,which provides technical support for real-time monitoring of the unit status and improves the intelligent level of the unit.
