摘要
针对现有企业的现状,结合精益生产实施要求,采用价值流分析方法,对企业现有生产流程中计划的制定和响应的缺陷进行了分析,针对这方面进行精益改善评估和可行性分析。首先,利用价值流分析了钻机目前的生产模式,找到了浪费点;然后,对钻机生产流程的改善点进行了评价;最后,提出了对现有生产工艺和流程的改善方法,并对改善前后各个阶段所需的时间进行了对比,结果表明,改善后生产效率有了很大的提升,为钻机生产管理的优化提供了一定的借鉴。
According to the current situation of existing enterprises,combined with the implementation of lean production,the defects of plan assignment and response in the existing production process are analyzed by using value stream analysis method,and lean improvement assessment and feasibility analysis in this respect are carried out.Firstly,the value stream is used to analyze the current production mode of the drilling rig and the waste points are found out.Secondly,the improvement points of the production process of drilling rig are evaluated.Finally,the improvement method of the existing production process and technology is put forward,and the time required for each stage before and after the improvement is compared.The results show that the production efficiency has been greatly improved after the improvement,which provides a certain reference for the optimization of the production management of drilling rig.
