高速与重载铁路道岔用支距垫板结构优化研究

摘要 普速、重载与高速铁路道岔中,在钢轨支距较小部位由于无法安装扣件,故仅能采用支距扣板来固定钢轨位置与铺设状态,针对传统形式的支距扣板易出现折断失效且无法调距等病害问题,论述分析了一种新型可调式支距扣板结构,通过理论分析及强度计算,论证了其实施的可行性及必要性。 In conventional,heavy-haul and high-speed railway turnouts,only the offset plate can be used to fix the rail position and keep the laying state due to the inability to install the fastenings in the place having smaller rail offset.In the view of the problems that the traditional offset plate is easy to break and unable to adjust the distance,this paper discusses and analyzes a new type of adjustable offset plate structure,and demonstrates its feasibility and necessity through theoretical analysis and strength calculation.
