摘要
“产教、专创”双融合是现阶段高职院校人才培养的必然趋势,是提升高职院校教育质量的重要途径。为了进一步推进“产教、专创”双融合,提升高职院校学生素养,必须对相关制度体系进行调整升级,探索新的人才培养模式。在阐释产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养“产教、专创”融合的现实意义的基础上,提出了高职院校人才培养“产教、专创”融合面临的问题,并对相关新模式的优化途径进行了探索。
The dual integration of"industry-education,specialty-innovation"is an inevitable trend in talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges at present,and an important way to improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.In order to further promote the dual integration of"industry-education,specialty-innovation"and improve the quality of students in higher vocational college,it is necessary to adjust and upgrade the relevant institutional systems and explore new effective modes.On the basis of explaining the practical significance of the integration of"industry-education,specialty-innovation"in talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry education integration,this paper proposes the problems faced by the integration of"industry-education,specialty-innovation"in talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and explores the optimization methods of relevant new modes.
