摘要
城市中存在的大量房龄很长的老旧社区,成为中低收入群体的聚居地,而且老年人比例偏高。这类社区对适老化改造具有最强烈的内在需求,社会呼声很高。但是由于改造后难以产生新的盈利空间,社会资本投入缺失导致改造的难度很大。文章通过典型案例的现状调研来掌握第一手资料,同时设定合理的目标明晰改造预期达到的结果,最后阐述了具体改造路径来提供可实施策略。
There are a large number of very old communities in cities,which have become the settlements of low-income and middle-income groups,and in which,the proportion of the elderly is high.This kind of community has the strongest internal demand for aging transformation,and the social voice is very high.However,it is difficult to generate new profit space after the transformation,and the lack of social capital investment leads to great difficulty in the transformation.Through the investigation of the current situation of typical cases,this paper grasps the first-hand information,sets reasonable goals,clarifies the expected results of the transformation,and finally expounds the specific transformation path to provide implementable strategies.
