摘要
老旧街道的部分建筑因建设年代久远,已经远远落后于城市的发展。以速度和效率为主导的改造模式忽略了城市原有的文化脉络,使城市街道风貌趋同、形式单调。文章对我国现阶段城市沿街建筑立面存在的问题进行分析,以文脉延续视角为切入点,以塑造城市特色为目标,对沿街立面提出相应的改造原则和策略。
Some of the buildings in the old streets have lagged far behind the development of the city due to their long construction history.The renovation mode oriented by speed and efficiency has ignored the original cultural context of the city,resulting in a convergence of urban street appearance and monotonous forms.This paper analyzes the problems along the street facade in China at present,takes the perspective of cultural context continuity as the starting point,and proposes the corresponding transformation principles and strategies for the street facade with the goal of shaping urban characteristics.
