摘要
建筑风貌作为城市风貌的核心内容,是营造城市风貌特色的重点与难点。以目前我国建筑风貌导则编制与实施的困境为出发点,通过《兰州新区建筑风貌导则》编制与实施的具体实践,提出“分层、分类、分级”的控制体系,明确新区建筑风貌的控制内容、控制深度、控制方式,将建筑风貌控制要求系统化、具体化,探索便于操作、有效实施的控制方法。
As the core content of urban scene,architectural style is the key and difficult point of creating urban features.Starting from the current difficulties in the compilation and implementation of architectural style guidelines in our country,through the specific practice of the compilation and implementation of the Architectural Style Guidelines for Lanzhou New Area,this paper proposes a“hierarchical,classified and graded”control system,clarifies the control content,depth and mode of architectural style in the new district,and makes the architecural style control requirements be systematic and specific,and explores a control method that is easy to be operated and effective to be implemented.
