摘要
风南4井区垂直裂缝发育,钻井过程中井漏频繁,现场注水泥堵漏成功率低,效率低下。以FNHW4083井为例分析了现场注水泥堵漏工艺由于不考虑压力平衡,存在不能定量控制井筒内留水泥塞长度的弊端;同时,详细介绍了压力平衡法注水泥堵漏工艺的原理与计算方法,并在风南4井区开展应用试验。结果表明,平衡法注水泥堵漏工艺通过压力平衡能够定量控制井筒内水泥塞长度,堵漏成功率高,且耗费水泥量少、作业安全,可在风南4井区全面推广应用。
Vertical fractures are developed in the Fengnan-4 well Block,resulting in frequent lost circulation during drilling.For lost circulation plugging,both success rate and cementing efficiency are low.Taking FNHW4083 well as an example,due to not considering pressure balance,the on-site cementing and plugging process cannot quantitatively control the length of cement plugs left in the wellbore.Meantime,the principles and calculation methods of pressure balance for cementing and plugging process were introduced in details,and application tests were carried out in Fengnan-4 well block.The results show that the balanced cementing and plugging process can quantitatively control the length of cement plugs in the wellbore through pressure balance,with a high plugging rate,low cement consumption,and safe operation,and it can be widely promoted and applied in the Fengnan-4 well block.
