摘要
在分析钢结构厂房施工常见问题的基础上,以某钢结构厂房建设项目为研究背景,对钢结构厂房施工关键技术进行分析研究,确定地脚螺栓预埋精度控制、大跨度钢桁架分段吊装、高强度螺栓连接以及厂房大面积地面施工是项目施工关键技术,并以关键技术为研究突破口,加强钢结构厂房施工质量控制,保证钢结构厂房施工顺利进行。
On the basis of analyzing the common problems in the construction of steel structure powerhouse,taking a steel structure powerhouse construction project as the research background,the key technologies ofthe construction of steel structure powerhouse are analyzed and studied.It is determined that the precision control of anchor bolt embedment,the subsection lifing oflong-span steel truss,high-strength bolt connection and large area ground construction of the powerhouse are the key technologies in the construction of the project,and the key technologies are taken as the research breakthrough to strengthen the construction quality control of steel structure workshop and ensure the smooth construction of steel structure workshop.
