摘要
工程教育专业认证是实施卓越工程师培养计划的底线和标准,其中实践教学体系是工程教育中的重要环节,大多地方高校卓越计划实施需入企学习一年,为切实提高工程实践能力,在不同企业学习如何达到专业认证标准成为卓越计划实习的关键问题。本文以湖南工程学院实施卓越计划校企联合“3+1”培养方式为例,结合工程教育专业认证标准,从培养目标和毕业要求提出、课程体系构建、实践育人体系、校企联合实践培养特色等方面对人才培养进行深入分析与改革,探索出在新形势下地方高校应用型卓越工程师人才培养模式,有效提升了人才培养质量,取得了一定阶段性成效,可为相关地方院校提供有效方向与参考。
The professional certification of engineering education is the bottom line and standard for the implementation of the excellent engineer training program.The practical teaching system is an important part of engineering education.Most local colleges and universities need to enter the enterprise for one year to implement the excellent plan.In order to effectively improve the engineering practice ability,learning how to meet the professional certification standards in different enterprises has become the key issue of the excellent plan internship.This paper takes the“3+1”training method of Hunan Institute of Engineering implementation of the“Excellence Plan”and the school enterprise joint practice as an example,combined with the certification standards for engineering education majors,to conduct in-depth analysis and reform of talent cultivation from the aspects of training objectives and graduation requirements,curriculum system construction,practical education system,and the characteristics of school enterprise joint practice training.It explores the application oriented outstanding engineer talent cultivation mode in local universities under the new situation,It has effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation and achieved certain phased results,providing effective direction and reference for relevant local universities.
