摘要
目的:建立老年女性习练广场舞的能量消耗(energy expenditure,EE)预测模型,为科学监测老年女性广场舞锻炼能量消耗提供参考。方法:选取50名规律习练广场舞的老年女性(年龄66.7±3.7岁)作为研究对象,其中40名为建模组,10名为验证组。受试者同时佩戴CORTEX MetaMax-3B气体代谢分析仪、配套Polar心率表以及5个部位(左右手腕、腰部、左右脚踝)三轴加速度计(ActiGraph-GT3X+),进行广场舞运动EE测试,测试时间为10分钟,包括不同曲风的广场舞。测试后在CORTEX软件中导出所测试的数据,分析指标包括EE、心率(HR)、代谢当量(metabolic equivalent,MET)、摄氧量(oxygen consumption,VO2),在ActiGraph软件中导出所测试的x轴、y轴、z轴以及三轴向量幅值(vector magnitude,VM)的平均计数值。以气体代谢仪测量的EE(kcal/min)作为因变量,体重、心率和加速度计相关指标作为自变量建立EE预测方程。结果:(1)老年女性在进行广场舞锻炼时的EE为4.68 kcal/min,运动强度为4.74±0.82 METs,运动中的平均心率为123±14次/min。(2)体重、心率、腰部和左侧脚踝加速度计计数与EE的相关性较高(P<0.05)。(3)建立了单独使用加速度计计数、心率以及加速度计计数联合心率的EE预测方程,其中心率联合左侧脚踝加速度计计数建立的方程预测效果最好,EE(kcal/min)=-1.438+0.058×体重+0.023×心率差(ΔHR)+0.015×左脚踝VM(R2=0.626)。(4)经验证组数据验证,本研究建立的所有方程的平均绝对误差为0.37~0.76 kcal/min,平均相对误差率为7.48%~15.09%,均方根误差为0.506~1.030。Bland-Altman散点图表明,实测值与预测值的一致性较好。结论:在广场舞运动中,预测能量消耗的加速度计最佳佩戴位置为腰部和脚踝处,加速度计数联合体重、心率建立的方程预测能力最好,可为老年女性广场舞锻炼能量消耗的监测提供理论依据。
Objective To establish the energy expenditure(EE)prediction model for elderly women square dancer,so as to provide references for scientific monitoring.Methods A total of 50 elderly wom⁃en square dancer(66.7±3.7 yr)were recruited,40 assigned to the model group and 10 to the valida⁃tion group.All performed 10-minute square dances of different styles,with the CORTEX MetaMax 3B gas metabolism analyzer,Polar heart rate monitor and ActiGraph GT3X+accelerometers applying to 5 different body parts of bilateral wrists and ankles,as well as the waist,respectively.Then,data in⁃cluding EE,heart rate(HR),metabolic equivalent(MET)and oxygen consumption(VO2)were collected from CORTEX,while the average counts of x-axis,y-axis,z-axis and vector magnitude(VM)were exported from ActiGraph.EE prediction equation was established using EE as the dependent variable,but weight,heart rate and the related indexes of accelerometer counts as independent variables.Re⁃sults(1)The average EE,exercise intensity and HR were 4.68 kcal/min,4.74±0.82 METs and 123±14 beats/min,respectively.(2)The EE was highly correlated with the weight,HR,waist and the left ankle accelerometer counts(P<0.05).(3)The EE prediction equations were established solely in⁃volving accelerometer counts,or HR or both respectively,with the last one enjoying the best predic⁃tion effect:EE(kcal/min)=-1.438+0.058×weight+0.023×ΔHR+0.015×left ankle VM(R2=0.626).(4)Us⁃ing the data of the validation group,it was found that the average absolute error,relative error and root mean square error of all the equations established were 0.37~0.76 kcal/min,7.48%~15.09%,and 0.506~1.030,respectively.Moreover,the Bland-Altman scatterplot showed good consistency between the measured and predicted values.Conclusion The best applying position of accelerometers for estimating the EE of square dancer is waist and ankle,and the EE prediction equation by weight,HR and accelerometer counts is of the best prediction effect.This study provides theory basis for moni⁃toring the energy
