摘要
目的:探讨清热除痹汤在湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2022年5月湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为B组(43例)和A组(43例)。A组患者接受依托考昔治疗,B组患者接受清热除痹汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(UA)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平,统计两组患者疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白、血尿酸、干扰素-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4水平均降低,两组患者IL-4水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者不良反应发生率低于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热除痹汤治疗湿热痹阻型急性痛风性关节炎,能取得与依托考昔相似疗效,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the application efficacy of Qingre Chubi decoction on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients with damp-heat arthralgia.Methods:86 patients with damp-heat arthralgia type acute gouty arthritis who were admitted from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the group B of 43 cases and group A of 43 cases.Group A was received toricoxib treatment,and the group B was received Qingre Chubi decoction treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),serum uric acid(UA),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-4(IL-4)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were counted.Results:There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM evidence score,ESR,CRP,UA,IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 levels decreased in both groups,and IL-4 levels increased in both groups,with no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Chubi decoction has significant efficacy on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients with damp-heat obstruction type,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
