摘要
目的研究膝半月板和关节软骨损伤应用CT与MRI诊断临床价值对比探讨。方法在本文研究中将膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象,在丹东市人民医院收治200例时间在2018年3月至2019年6月的患者,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组100例、对照组100例,分别采取MRI诊断方式、CT诊断方式,分析并且对比两组检出率、误诊率、漏诊率、敏感度、特异性。结果观察组检出率96.00%高于对照组检出率70.00%(P<0.05),两者差异具有统计学意义;观察组误诊率、漏诊率较对照组指标更有优势(P<0.05);观察组患者特异性95.00%、敏感性97.00%高于对照组特异性78.00%、敏感性80.00%(P<0.05)。结论CT具有后处理技术强大、快速扫描等特点、MRI具有成像技术好、软组织分辨率高等特点;对膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者实施MRI诊断,具有显著的诊断价值;MRI成像也几乎适用于全身各系统的不同疾病,例如肿瘤、炎症、创伤、退行性病变,以及各种先天性疾病等的检查,而MRI诊断能弥补CT诊断中的不足,具有显著优势,空间分辨率高、扫描范围广等特点,在对比剂辅助下,能对患者进行有效诊断。
Objective To study the clinical value of CT versus MRI diagnostic applications for knee meniscus and articular cartilage injuries.Methods In this paper,patients with knee meniscus and articular cartilage injuries will be taken as the research object,200 patients admitted to Dandong People's Hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were divided into 100 cases in the observation group and 100 cases in the control group according to the principle of random draw grouping,and the MRI diagnostic method and CT diagnostic method were adopted respectively,and the detection rate,misdiagnostic rate,missed diagnostic rate,sensitivity,and specificity of the two groups were analysed and compared.Results The detection rate of 96.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two was statistically significant;the misdiagnosis rate and omission rate of the observation group were more advantageous than the indicators of the control group(P<0.05);the specificity of the patients in the observation group was 95.00%,and the sensitivity of the patients in the observation group was 97.00%higher than the specificity of the patients in the control group,which was 78.00%,and the sensitivity of the patients in the control group,which was 80.00%(P<0.05)Conclusions MRI has a significant effect in the diagnosis of diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury,which can improve the detection rate of disease(the detection rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage,subdural hematoma,epidural hematoma,skull fracture),and reduce the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,improve the sensitivity and specificity of patients,and improve the important parameters for the later treatment of the patients It is of great value to improve the cure rate,reduce the risk of death,make the patients get timely treatment,ensure the health and safety of patients,improve the prognosis of patients and prevent the adverse situation of patients.
