摘要
目的:评价《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的临床适用性。方法:利用“指南临床适用性评价工具”,采用问卷法调研《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的临床适用性,应用SPSS 21.0软件对调研对象基本特征、临床适用性各维度评分及影响因素进行统计分析。结果:本次调查收到9个省/直辖市的49家医疗机构共112份有效问卷。《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的可获得性评分为(63.62±23.22)分,可读性评分为(76.90±15.31)分,可接受性评分为(86.53±14.64)分,可行性评分为(62.28±15.65)分,维度加和评分为(75.20±13.05)分,总体评价为(83.26±15.52)分。《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的获取途径主要为文献数据库、学术会议和公共搜索引擎。多组比较和多重线性回归分析结果显示,对《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的熟悉程度是该指南临床适用性各维度评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。调查对象中,有27名(占24.11%)认为该指南存在实施障碍,其中应用人员因素、环境因素、指南因素分别有23名(占20.54%)、14名(占12.50%)、2名(占1.79%)。结论:《医疗机构药品遴选指南》具有良好的临床适用性,但应加强技术培训,提高应用人群对指南的熟悉程度,以期高质量指导医疗机构药品遴选实践工作。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical applicability of Drug Selection Guidelines for Medical Institutions.METHODS:Instrument for Evaluating Clinical Applicability of Guidelines was used to investigate the clinical applicability of the Drug Selection Guidelines for Medical Institutions by questionnaire method.SPSS 21.0 software was used to conduct statistical analysis o basic characteristics,clinical applicability scores and influencing factors of the research objects.RESULTS:A total of 112 valid questionnaires were received from 49 medical institutions in 9 provinces/municipalities.The score of availability was(63.62±23.22)points,readability was(76.90±15.31)points,acceptability was(86.53±14.64)points,feasibility was(62.28±15.65)points,dimension addition(75.20±13.05)points and overall evaluation was(83.26±15.52)points for the Guidelines for Drug Selection in Medical Institutions.The Drug Selection Guidelines for Medical Institutions can be obtained through literature databases,academic conferences and public search engines.Results of multi-group comparison and multiple linear regression analysis showed that familiarity with Drug Selection Guidelines for Medical Institutions was the influencing factor of each clinical applicability scores(P<0.05).Among the evaluators,27 cases(24.11%)believed that there were implementation obstacles in the guidelines,among which 23 cases(20.54%),14 cases(12.50%)and 2 cases(1.79%)believed that implementation obstacles were application personnel factor,environmental factor and guideline factor.CONCLUSIONS:Drug Selection Guidelines for Medical Institutions has good clinical applicability,yet technical training should be strengthened to improve the familiarity of the application population with the guidelines,so as to guide the practice of drug selection in medical institutions with high quality.
