摘要
目的分析2010至2020年我国甲状腺结节的研究热点与前沿,为甲状腺结节的深入研究提供基础。方法以“甲状腺结节”为关键词,运用主题检索法检索中国知网2010年11月至2020年11月文献来源为EI、SCI、CSSCI、北大核心、CSCD的文献,采用Excel、SPSS 22.0与Bicomb对关键词进行词频统计与共词聚类。结果共纳入相关文献1632篇,经共词聚类形成4个研究热点,包括甲状腺结节的诊断与分类、甲状腺结节的流行病学与影响因素、甲状腺结节的治疗、甲状腺结节的中医诊疗。结论对我国近10年甲状腺结节的研究热点进行分析,有助于研究者掌握该领域的研究现状与发展趋势,为甲状腺结节的深入研究提供基础。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of thyroid nodule in China from 2010 to 2020,and to provide the basis for further research on thyroid nodule.Methods Taking"thyroid nodule"as the key word,the subject search method was used to search the literatures on CNKI from November 2010 to November 2020 EI,which were derived from SCI,CSSCI,Peking University Core and CSCD.Excel,SPSS 22.0 and Bicomb were used to conduct word frequency statistics and co-word clustering for the key words.Results A total of 1632 relevant literatures were included,four research hotspots were formed through co-word clustering,including the diagnosis and classification of thyroid nodule,the epidemiology and influencing factors of thyroid nodule,the treatment of thyroid nodule and the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodule.Conclusion The analysis of the hotspots of thyroid nodule research in China in recent 10 years,which is helpful for researchers to grasp the research status and development trend in this field,and provides a basis for further research on thyroid nodule.
