摘要
伴随人工智能、云计算、大数据等产业的加速发展,数据中心的需求量、规模和建设力度都显著提高。然而,数据中心能耗问题日益严重。由于传统数据中心能耗的很大一部分源于冷却系统,因此有必要利用新兴液冷技术建设绿色数据中心。本文介绍现有数据中心可用的液冷技术(冷板、喷淋和浸没)及其基本工作原理,指出不同液冷技术近5年(2019—2023年)的最新进展与相关研究方向,以及不同液冷技术现存的一些难点问题。
Along with the accelerated development of industries such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing and big data,the demand,scale and construction efforts for data centers are enhanced significantly.However,the energy consumption problem of data centers is getting serious.Since a large portion of traditional data center energy consumption originates from the cooling system,for this reason,it is necessary to build green data centers using emerging liquid cooling technologies.The liquid cooling technology available in the existing data centers(cold plate,spray and immersion)and their basic working principles are introduced,and the latest progress and related research directions of different liquid cooling technology in the last five years(2019-2023),as well as some existing difficult problems of different liquid cooling technology are pointed out.
