摘要
为了研究不同叶片出口安装角对多翼式离心风机的气动性能、静压力分布和噪声造成的影响,建立了不同叶片出口安装角的风机三维模型,并对其内部流场与噪声进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:调整叶片出口安装角会对多翼式离心风机的气动性能、静压力分布和噪声产生一定影响,经过对比分析总结出了调整安装角后存在的普遍性规律以及性能的变化规律,并结合速度矢量图对其原因进行了一定的分析解释。研究结果可为多翼式离心风机的研究提供一定的参考价值。
In order to study the effects of different blade outlet installation angles on the aerodynamic performance,static pressure distribution and noise of multi-blade centrifugal fan,a three-dimensional model of fan with different blade outlet installation angles was established,and its internal flow field and noise were numerically simulated.The results show that the adjustment of blade outlet installation angle will have a certain impact on the aerodynamic performance,static pressure distribution and noise of multi-blade centrifugal fan.After comparative analysis,the universal law and the change law of performance after adjusting the installation angle are summarized,and the reasons are explained in combination with the velocity vector diagram.The research results can provide some reference value for the research of multi-blade centrifugal fan.
