摘要
教师的生活满意度对其职业心理和行为及学生发展有广泛影响。目的:旨在考察云南乡镇小学教育的生活满意度,并重点分析敬畏感对生活满意度的预测作用和民族差异。方法:以云南省24所乡镇小学658名汉族和少数民族教师为对象,采用敬畏感量表(DPES)和生活满意度量表(SWLS)对其进行了量表调查。结果:(1)小学教师生活满意度在多个人口学变量上存在差异:少数民族教师的生活满意度高于汉族教师,生活满意度从农村、乡镇到县城依次提高,然而,学历和职称越高的教师生活满意度却越低;(2)小学教师敬畏感可以正向预测其生活满意度,而且在这种预测作用强度方面,少数民族教师明显高于汉族教师,贡献率分别为11.2%和2.4%。结论:敬畏感与小学教师生活满意度的关系存在少/汉差异,对于少数民族教师来说,以敬畏为主题的民族传统文化在其中具有底层建构意义。
To investigate the life satisfaction of primary school education in Yunnan Province,this paper investigated 658 Han and ethnic teachers from 24 township primary schools in Yunnan by Dispositional Positive Emotion Scales(DPES)and Life with Satisfaction Scale(SWLS).Results show that:(1)primary school teachers’life satisfaction differs regarding multiple demographic variables:ethnic teachers’life satisfaction is higher than that of their Han counterparts,and life satisfaction of both the Han and ethnic primary teachers increases successively from rural areas to towns and to counties.(2)primary school teachers’sense of awe can positively predict their life satisfaction,and the predictive strength among minority teachers is significantly higher than that among Han teachers,contributing 11.2%and 2.4%respectively.There is an ethnic/Han difference in the relationship between awe and life satisfaction of primary school teachers,and for ethnic teachers,the traditional ethnic culture with the theme of awe has the significance of the bottom construction to the relationship.
