摘要
防渗漏施工技术是一项在房屋建筑工程中广泛应用的关键技术,其主要目的是防止水分、湿气、污水或其他液体渗透到建筑结构中,同时,也能有效预防霉菌、霉变和腐蚀问题的发生。对此需要根据实际情况,选择合适的防渗漏施工技术与方法。通过外墙防水材料的选用与施工方法、屋顶防水材料的选择、地下室防水工程的关键技术、窗户和门的防水处理技术等的应用可保证防渗漏施工的开展。防渗漏施工技术的实施可在房屋建筑工程中发挥积极的作用,从而保护房屋结构、内部装修,并提高房屋使用寿命。
