摘要
文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,围绕校园足球“满天星”训练营运行机制的内涵要素、建构目标、原则和目标模型进行研究。认为校园足球“满天星”训练营运行机制涉及组织管理、教学训练、竞赛选拔、监督公示和物质保障等要素,应以输送优秀足球人才、提供优质训练环境、搭建梯队人才储备为建构目标,以统筹兼顾、合理匹配,注重衔接、便于升学,立足长远、因地制宜为建构原则,形成以“一体化”的融合发展机制、“数字化”的管理保障机制、“长期化”的青少年培养机制、“精英化”的竞赛选拔机制、“透明化”的监督评价机制为核心的“满天星”训练营运行机制,以提高“满天星”训练营的运行质量与运行效率,为国家和地区培养更多优秀的足球人才。
Using the literature method,logical analysis method,etc.,the research focuses on the connotation elements,constructing objectives,principles and target models of the operation mechanism of campus football"full of stars"training camp.It is believed that the operation mechanism of campus football"full star"training camp involves the elements of organisation and management,teaching and training,competition and selection,supervision and publicity,and material protection,and that it should be constructed with the objectives of conveying excellent football talents,providing a quality training environment,and building up a reserve of echelon talents,and with the objectives of integrating and balancing the needs of the students and making reasonable matches,focusing on the articulation and facilitating promotion,and being based on the long-term and local conditions.In order to form a"integrated"integration and development mechanism,a"digital"management and guarantee mechanism,and a"long-term"youth cultivation mechanism,it should be based on the principles of"long-term"and"localised",Elite"competition selection mechanism,"transparent"supervision and evaluation mechanism as the core of the"Full Star"training camp operation mechanism,in order to improve the"Full Star"training camp.In order to improve the operation quality and efficiency of the"Full Sky Star"training camp,and to cultivate more excellent football talents for the country and the region.
