摘要
高职院校市场营销课程的教学体系,缺乏对学生综合素质的培育,教师本身的市场实践经验也有所不足。加上课堂教学方法比较落后,考评也过于强调结果考核,使得市场营销课程动能不足、成果较差。对此,校方应当做好顶层设计,以培养学生全方位素养为核心,改进教学思维、改进教学方法并重塑考核体系,也要提升教师的专业视野和教学能力。在开展教学的同时帮助学生规划好未来就业、从业的方向,令市场营销课程成为对学生负责到底的先进课程。
The teaching system of marketing course in higher vocational colleges lacks the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality,and the teachers'own market practice experience is also insufficient.In addition,the classroom teaching methods are relatively backward,and the evaluation also overemphasizes the result assessment,which makes the marketing course less dynamic and less fruitful.In this regard,the school should do a good job in top-level design,focus on cultivating students'all-round quality,improve teaching thinking,improve teaching methods and reshape the assessment system,also improve teachers'professional vision and teaching ability.And teachers should help students to plan the direction of future employment and employment,so that marketing courses become advanced courses responsible for students to the end.
