摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月鱼台县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心生殖科收治的120例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者为研究对象,根据用药方案不同将患者分两组,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的为对照组,采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的为观察组,每组60例。比较两组治疗总有效率、性激素水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组雌二醇水平高于对照组,促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症可改善性激素水平,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods A total of 120 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility in Yutai County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different medication regimen,the control group was treated with Ethinestradiol Cyproterone,and the observation group was treated with Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone,with 60 cases in each group.The overall response rate,level of sex hormone and occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of estradiol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone treating polycystic ovary syndrome infertility can improve the levels of the sex hormone,which has significant clinical effect.
