摘要
生态文明建设是关系党的使命宗旨的重大政治问题,也是关系民生福祉、关乎民族未来的大计。在中国共产党的正确领导下,百年来,中国式现代化生态治理主要经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命与建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个历史时期,积累了坚持党对生态文明建设的全面领导、坚持以人民为中心推进生态文明建设、构建科学完备的生态文明制度体系、坚持统筹协调的系统思维方法等一系列宝贵经验,彰显了中国共产党领导和中国特色社会主义制度的显著优势,为坚定不移走好中国式现代化新道路打下了坚实基础,为构建人与自然生命共同体贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。
The construction of an ecological civilization is a significant political issue that is integral to the Communist Party of China's mission and purpose.It is also a strategic initiative that concerns the welfare of the people and the future of the nation.Under the steadfast leadership of the Communist Party of China,China's approach to modernizing ecological governance over the past century has evolved through four historic phases:the new-democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.During these times,a series of invaluable experiences have been gathered,including the comprehensive leadership of the Party in ecological civilization construction,a people-centered approach to developing ecological civilization,the creation of a scientifically robust ecological civilization system,and the adherence to a coordinated and systematic methodology.These experiences underscore the distinct advantages of the leadership by the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.They have laid a solid foundation for unswervingly following a unique path to Chinese modernization and have contributed Chinese wisdom and solutions to building a community of life for humans and nature.
