Φ73 mm涡轮钻具四支点推力球轴承镀膜后性能测试研究

摘要 为研究金刚石镀膜对涡轮钻具四支点推力球轴承性能的提升效果,在专用的轴承试验装置、相同的试验参数下对比镀膜轴承与未镀膜轴承试验后轴向高度变化、钢球直径和试验时长等数据,进而测试镀层对轴承性能的提升效果。试验结果显示,金刚石镀膜轴承运行时长70 h,而未镀膜轴承运行时长200 h,总体寿命下降,但金刚石镀膜轴承在运行前50 h相较于未镀膜轴承运行更平稳,轴向高度下降更慢,但在后20 h轴向高度急速下降且发生较大噪声,最终因发涩噪声迫使试验中断。研究表明,金刚石镀膜随着试验时间的延长发生了镀膜脱落,脱落产生的大量颗粒造成了磨粒磨损的加重,导致轴承性能和寿命下降。同时试验结果也表明,目前将金刚石镀膜技术应用于涡轮钻具上的可靠性不足,风险较高,还需要进行相关研究。 In order to study the effect of diamond coating on the performance of turbodrill four⁃fulcrum thrust ball bearings,a comparative test was carried out between coated and uncoated bearings to test the effect of coated on the performance of bearings.Under the same test parameters,the performance of the two groups of bearings can be judged by observing the change of axial height during the test,the diameter of the steel ball after the test and the test time.The test results show that the diamond coated bearing runs for 70 h,while the original scheme runs for 200 h,and the overall life of the diamond coated bearing is reduced.Compared with the original scheme,the diamond coated bearing runs more smoothly in the first 50 h of operation,and the axial height drops more slowly,but in the latter 20 h,the axial height drops rapidly and there is a large noise,and finally the test is interrupted by uncomfortable noise.The research shows that the diamond coating fell off with the extension of the test time,and a large number of particles generated by the falling off caused the increase of abrasive wear,resulting in increased wear,and the performance and life of the bearing decreased.The test shows that the application of diamond coating technology to turbodrill has low reliability and high risk,and it needs to be further studied.
