摘要
异形幕墙工程如雨后春笋般不断涌现,随之而来的是相对常规幕墙工程更高的质量监督管理要求。本文依托福州市某艺术馆工程,从质量监督角度对现场质量控制的PDCA循环,即异形幕墙三维参数化建模到下料放样精度控制再到幕墙构件安装进行全面质量监管介入,以期探讨异形幕墙质量监督管理的更多可能性,为今后类似工程建设项目的质量监督管理提供参考借鉴。
Irregular curtain wall projects are constantly emerging like mushrooms after rain,followed by higher quality supervision and management requirements compared to conventional curtain wall projects.This article is based on a certain art museum project in Fuzhou City,and from the perspective of quality supervision,conducts a PDCA cycle for on-site quality control,which involves three-dimensional parametric modeling of irregular curtain walls,precision control of cutting and setting out,and comprehensive quality supervision intervention in curtain wall component installation.The aim is to explore more possibilities for quality supervision and management of irregular curtain walls,and provide reference for quality supervision and management of similar engineering construction projects in the future.
