摘要
新兴网络视频平台为自媒体提供了赖以生存的空间,也为个人提供了自我呈现的窗口。研究在空间理论视阈下采用观察法和深度访谈法对“数字灵工”的文化生产困境进行研究。研究发现:“数字灵工”借助网络空间、技术、身体等要素进行文化生产实践并开启职业化进程,但与此同时他们也正陷入受空间权力裹挟、身体过载使用与自主性丧失的文化生产困境中。“数字灵工”也为破除困境做出一定的努力,以争取在商业背景下找到自我表达与职业发展的平衡。
The emerging network video platform provides a living space for self-media and a window for individuals to present themselves.This paper studies the cultural production dilemma of"Digital Labor"from the perspective of space theory by observation and in-depth interview.It is found that"Digital Labor"practices cultural production with the help of cyberspace,technology,body and other factors and starts the process of professionalization,but at the same time,they are also caught in the cultural production dilemma of being trapped by space power,body overload and loss of autonomy."Digital Labor"has also made some efforts to get rid of the predicament,in order to find a balance between self-expression and career development under the business background.
