摘要
绿色经济视角下,造纸行业数字化、智能化转型发展要遵循以市场为导向、以客户为中心,构建全产业链生态圈的原则;同时,要在绿色生产体系建立方面积极探索,即开展节能降耗技术创新与研发应用。近年来,全球能源结构发生了深刻变化,化石能源消费比重逐渐下降,非化石能源和新能源占比逐渐增加。全球绿色发展进入新阶段。作为国民经济基础原材料工业和“两型”产业的重要组成部分,我国造纸产业对国民经济发展有着重要的作用和意义。要促进绿色生产消费,绿色经济已成为我国国民经济发展新常态下新的经济增长点。因此,传统行业如何转型升级已经成为国内外广泛关注的问题。
From the perspective of green economy,the digital and intelligent transformation and development of paper industry should follow the principle of market-oriented,customer-centric and building the whole industrial chain ecosystem.At the same time,it is necessary to actively explore the establishment of green production systems,that is,to carry out energy saving technology innovation and research and development application.In recent years,the global energy structure has undergone profound changes,the proportion of fossil energy consumption has gradually declined,and the proportion of non-fossil energy and new energy has gradually increased.Global green development has entered a new stage.As an important part of the basic raw material industry of the national economy and the“two-type”industry,China’s paper industry has an important role and significance for the development of the national economy.To promote green production and consumption,green economy has become a new economic growth point under the new normal of China’s national economic development.Therefore,how to transform and upgrade traditional industries has become a widespread concern at home and abroad.
