公轨融合背景下公交场站TOD规划选址适应性及设计优化研究

摘要 针对现有地面公交场站TOD综合开发过程中选址评价指标不足等问题,研究综合考虑轨道与地面公交融合发展因素,在分析公交场站TOD模式基础上,从带动周边土地开发、轨道建设符合性、停车场条件、轨道覆盖度、交通可达性及建设拆迁难度等层面出发,提出公交场站TOD选址策略及方案设计思路,并以重庆市廖家大堰站场TOD项目为例进行验证,结果表明评价指标体系具有良好的适应性、可操作性与实施性,可有效指导项目方案的决策与优化。 In response to the practical problems of insufficient site selection evaluation indicators in the TOD comprehensive development process of existing ground public transport terminals,integrated development factors of rail and ground public transport are considered.Based on analysis of the advantages of the TOD mode of public transport terminals,start from aspects of driving the surrounding land development,track construction compliance,parking lot conditions,track coverage,traffic accessibility and construction and demolition difficulty,TOD site selection strategy and scheme design idea of public transport terminals are put forward.Taking TOD project of Liaojia Dayan Station in Chongqing as an example to verify.The results show that the evaluation index system has good adaptability,operability and implementation,and can effectively guide decision and optimization of project scheme.
