摘要
料场作为大型水电混凝土工程,尤其是混凝土大坝的"粮仓",其设计往往受到诸多外部和内部因素影响,需要根据勘察设计深度和工程施工过程中地质条件变化及时进行动态优化调整.乌东德水电站大坝混凝土全部采用施期料场灰岩骨料;其余部位混凝土尽可能利用洞挖料,不足部分从施期料场开采.通过分析设计阶段混凝土设计量、洞挖料利用率,考虑施工阶段揭露的地质条件、边坡稳定等因素,及时动态对料场规划和开挖体型进行优化设计.目前料场已全部开挖支护完成,骨料储量和质量均满足工程需求,边坡整体稳定,取得了良好的经济、社会、生态效益.
As a large-scale hydroelectric concrete project,especially the"granary"of concrete dams,the design of aggregate storage is often influenced by many external and internal factors,and needs to be dynamically optimized and adjusted based on the depth of survey and design and changes in geological conditions during the construction process.The concrete for the dam of Wudongde Hydropower Station is entirely made of limestone aggregate in Shiqi aggregate storage.The remaining parts of the concrete should be excavated from holes as much as possible,and the insufficient parts should be extracted from Shiqi aggregate storage.This paper analyzes the concrete design quantity and utilization rate of excavation materials during the design phase,taking into account factors such as geological conditions and slope stability exposed during the construction phase,and dynamically optimizes the planning of aggregate storage and excavation shape in a timely manner.At present,all excavation and support of aggregate storage have been completed,and the aggregate storage and quality meet the engineering requirements.The overall stability of the slope has achieved good economic,social,and ecological benefits.
