四川省安宁河流域水利水电工程环境影响回顾性评价

摘要 文章回顾总结已建工程区域性、累积性环境影响的基础上,从水环境、水生生态、陆生生态、植被、社会环境等几个方面分别评价了水电工程建成后对其产生的影响,从流域层面提出统筹的环境保护对策措施规划,探索流域水利、水电开发环境管理的模式和机制,促进安宁河流域的可持续发展. Based on the regional and cumulative environmental impacts of existing projects,this paper evaluates the impact of hydropower projects on them from several aspects,including water environment,aquatic ecology,terrestrial ecology,vegetation,and social environment.It proposes a comprehensive plan of environmental protection measures at the basin level,explores the mode and mechanism of environmental management for water conservancy and hydropower development in the basin,and promotes the sustainable development of Anning River Basin.
