摘要
采用样带样方法定量分析极端干旱区塔里木河尾闾湖绿洲向荒漠方向建群种芦苇叶片叶绿素含量及地下水位的变化特征与规律.结果表明:台特玛湖绿洲-荒漠方向,随着地下水位的下降,植物叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;随着地下水位的持续下降,叶绿素含量出现返增.当地下水位达到3.5 m时芦苇开始衰败,在3.5~6m区间,芦苇叶绿素含量呈明显下降趋势.这为类似干旱区尾闾湖的生态保护与修复研究提供理论基础.
Based on the quantitative analysis of the strip sampling method,this paper analyzes the chlorophyll content of Phragmites australis leaves in the oasis-to-desert direction of the terminal lake of Tarim River-Taitema Lake in the extreme arid zone.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of P.australis decreased as the groundwater level decreased in the oasis-desert direction of Lake Taitema,but increased again as the groundwater level continued to decrease.When the water table reached 3.5 m,the P.australis began to decay,and in the 3.5-6.0 m range,the reed chlorophyll content showed a significant decline.This provides a theoretical basis for research on the ecological protection and restoration of terminal lakes in similar arid zones.
